MAYBANK SERVICE

Not systematic. Its the best word to described maybank service. Right not I'm at Kampung Baru Branch. I've been here for almost 1 hour to get replacement for my atm card.

My card stuck in atm machine at my office. I've try to call maybank careline. It took me 15 minutes to hold and the line was silent. So I decide to go to the nearest branch.

The officer inform me to wait for 3 days to get back my card or I need to pay if I want to get new card. So I decide to take new card. Then the officer ask me to sit down. After a moment she yelling my name for my id. Then she ask me to sit. And there she goes again, yelling my name to get my thumb print. She ask me to sit. For the third time she called me to inform me about the money had been deposited back to my account.

Why don't they use numbering system and settle up 1 customers in a time?? Right now I'm still waiting for the card. By the way, why must I pay for the card replacement while the problem come from atm failure. Its not about the amount that I have to pay, I don't give a damn about the amount if the service statisfied me.
